Experience required : 6 to 8years.
Job Description:
- Responsible to perform calibration of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS.
- Preparation of protocols and Reports for nitroso amines and genotoxic impurities in pharmaceutical products by using LC-MS/MS and GC-MS
- Responsible to identify direct mass and mass of unknown peaks detected in HPLC method by using LC-MS/MS.
- Responsible to perform method development, validations, batch analysis and analytical studies as per regulatory requirements on LC-MS/MS and GC-MS.
- Responsible to perform DMF, Regulatory and customer related queries as per requirements.
- Responsible for LC-MS/MS and GC-MS method transfer activities.
