This is a specialized training initiative designed to give aspiring students hands-on industrial exposure and help them build a strong career in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on Quality Control.

- Time: 10:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs
- Venue: Ipca Laboratories Limited, Pologround, Indore
About the Opportunity: Quality Control Training Program
This program is specifically designed to enhance participants’ practical understanding of Quality Control and prepare them for real-world industrial applications. It’s an excellent stepping stone for a long-term career in the pharma sector.
Qualifications Required (Passing Year 2023-2025):
The opportunity is open to freshers from the following academic backgrounds:
- B.Pharma / Diploma
- B.Sc. / B.Com / BA / 12th + ITI
Monthly Stipend During Training:
Selected candidates will receive a competitive monthly stipend:
- Graduate: ₹12,300
- Diploma: ₹10,900
- ITI: ₹10,700
This training and employment opportunity is for Immediate Joiners only.
Location of Training
The training will be held at the Centre of Excellence, Ipca Laboratories Ltd., Pologround, Indore.
Career Progression
Upon the successful completion of the training period, selected candidates will be considered for absorption and permanent employment at Ipca Laboratories, Athal (Silvassa), based on their compatibility and demonstrated skills.
