Position: Executive/ Sr. Officer/ Officer
Experience required: 3 to 10 years
Qualifications required: BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Civil)
Require engineering experience of mechanical & Electrical break down & trouble shooting, routine repairs and maintenance activities (Plant Maintenance) of all API equipments like Reactors, Filters, Centrifugation, GLR, Dryer, Centrifuge, SSR, FBD, RCVD, VTD, STD, JET MILL, MULTI MILL, BLENDER, SHIFTER ETC. Also in Engineering Pharma Projects- Civil/Mechanical, Documentation knowledge like DQ, IQ, OQ. Audit faced USFDA & other audits preferred.

Designation: Executive/ Officer
Experience required: 3 to 10 years
Qualifications required: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Chemical)
Job description:
1. Planning & scheduling R&D project activities & scale-up activities for pilot plant scale and commercial scale. 2. To engage in tech transfer activities and create technical content as a part of the technology transfer activities
3. Equipment mapping, Risk assessment reports, Batch production record, Process Flow diagrams etc.
4. Perform engineering calculations to enable equipment sizing, equipment design and suitability evaluation.
5. Monitor products and processes on the shop floor after they go live and identify trouble spots in new products and troubleshoot them effectively, Take up initiatives to improve productivity and technical accuracy.
7. Review of BPRS, ECRs, Log books as per tech pack given by R&D and validation closure reports by production department.

Designation: Executive/ Officer/ Chemist
Experience required: 3 to 10 years
Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Chemical) M.Sc./B.Sc. (Chemistry)
Require experience and exposure of Solvent Recovery, Batch Planning, Manpower Handling, Production, Batch Manufacturing, Reactors, GMP, Filters, Centrifugation, GLR, Dryer, Centrifuge, Filtration, SSR, FBD, RCVD, VTD, STD, JET MILL, MULTI MILL,
BLENDER, SHIFTER ETC.
Job description:
- Performing unit operations as per respective BPR.
- To ensure cleanliness of process equipment and plant.
- To verify Quantity of Raw materials and Intermediates are as per BPR.
- To ensure that all production activity is carried out as per Safety & GMP norms.
- Conduct all tasks/activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation 6. Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities.
- Performing of calibration and monitoring of environmental conditions. 8. Comply with all cGMP, GDP or any other regulatory requirement including EHS Requirement
