PRODUCTION

Section: Granulation
Jo Profile:
Supervision of Granulation Activity. Candidate must have exposure of FBD, RMG, Octagonal Blender, Bin Blender, Multi Mill, Cone Mill, Shifter etc. Handling of QMS Work (CCP,CAPA, Deviation, Investigation & Documentation)
Section: Compression
Supervision of Compression Activity. Candidate must have Exposure of Fette, Sejong, Legacy, Korsch, Cadmach or any other machine having Automatic Weight Control/Compaction Force Control. Handling of QMS Work (CCP,CAPA, Deviation, investigation & Documentation).
PACKING
Post & Experience:
Designation: Jr. Officer / Officer,
Qualification: B. Sc
Experience: 3 to 4 years
Designation: Technician
(Operator)
Qualification: ITI
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Section/ Job Profile:
Section: Primary & Secondary Packing
Supervision of Primary & Secondary Bulk Packing & Blister Packing Line.
Candidate should have exposure to CVC Blister, CAM, Cartoning M/c
Stores
Post & Experience:
Designation: Officer/ Sr. Officer
Qualification: B. Sc
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Section: Raw Material /Packing Material
RM/ PM activities, Material Planning as per Production/ Packing Plan, Dispensing of RM/PM. Knowledge of QMS.
QUALITY CONTROL
Section: Micro Microbiological Analysis.
Post & Experience:
Designation: Analyst
Qualification: BSc/MSc
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Section: Q.C.
Analysis of RM, FP, Stability Samples, Analytical hand on Instruments like HPLC, GC, UV etc.
Designation: Officer
Qualification: BSc/ B Pharm
Experience: 3 to 4 years
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Section: IPQA
Post & Experience
In process Check in Manufacturing and Packing department, Review of BMR/BPR.
Post & Experience:
Designation: Jr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B. Pharm
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Section: Lab QA
Analytical Report Review
Designation: Jr. Officer/ Officer
Qualification: B. Pharm/ Msc
Experience: 2 to 3 years
ENGINEERING
Section: CSV/ Calibration
Candidate should have exposure in CSV of various Pharma Equipments.
Section: Utility
Candidate should have exposure of Operation of DG, Boiler, Chiller etc.
Designation: Jr. Officer/ Officer.
Qualification: B. E/ B Tech
Experience: 1 to 2 years
Notes: Candidates having Regulatory Exposure to USFDA/ MHRA shall be preferred.
