🧪 API Process Synthesis
- Execute and optimize chemical synthesis routes
- Troubleshooting and cost reduction
- Ensure yield, purity, and process safety
- Maintain SOPs and documentation
🧫 API Process Analytical
- Develop and validate analytical methods (HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV)
- Analytical support for process development
- Method transfer and compliance with regulatory standards
⚙️ Continuous Process Technology Transfer
- Flow chemistry and continuous manufacturing
- Process scale-up and commercialization
- Risk assessment and batch documentation
🔍 Particle Size Development Lab
- Particle size/shape analysis (Malvern, microscopy, sieving)
- Data interpretation and reporting
- Support formulation and process development
