Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. / D.Pharm / Graduate
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV and IR
- Calibration and analytical documentation
- Knowledge of OOS, OOT, LI, CAPA, GLP and GMP
- Deviation handling and investigation processes
- Experience with Chromeleon 7.2, LIMS, TrackWise, EDMS and LMS
- Experience in Water & Wet Chemistry Analysis
2. Quality Control – Microbiology Department
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology / M.Tech. Microbiology or relevant qualification
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products and capsules
- Culture maintenance and preservation
- MLT, pathogen testing and environmental monitoring
- Microbial and chemical water analysis
- Trend data preparation
- Microbiological analysis report preparation and review
- GPT, inhibitory and growth promotion tests
- Validation activities including:
- Media Hold Time
- Microbiology validation
- Autoclave validation
- Equipment validation
- Method validation
- Disinfectant efficacy testing and recovery studies
- SOP development
- Handling CAPA and Change Control
- Equipment verification and calibration
