Venue: Intas Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (SEZ), Plot No 05 to 14, Pharmez, Near Village Matoda, Sarkhej – Bavla Highway 8-A, Ta-Sanand, Dist-Ahmedabad.
1. Officer/Executive – Tablet Packing (Primary/Secondary Bottle Packing Line/ QMS Area)
Qualification: B.Pharma/M.Sc
Experience: 2-8 Years
Job Area:
· Experience in Primary/ Secondary Tablet Packing Area.
· Should have good knowledge in Sticker Labelling, Track and Trace system, Oursertor placement machine, Autocolator (Shrink bundling machine, TIS Inspection, system, Check weigher with metal detector system, capping machine, and induction sealing machine.
· Should have good knowledge in CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, Prepare SOP & other cGMP documents.
2. Machine Operator/ Technician – Tablet Packing Jockey for Blister Primary/Secondary/Secondary Bottle Packing line Area)
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/ D.Pharma
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Job Area:
· Experience in Sticker labelling machine, Track & trace system, Oursertor placement machine, Autocolator (Shrink bundling machine) Blister Packing machine CAM (nmX), Automatic Cartoning Machine (HV1), Track & trace system, Check weigher Machine.
· To do the online documentation in the logbook and BPCR, perform in-process checks online without any error.
