Job discription
* To ensure implementation of various corporate quality policies and system at technology transfer.
* To deliver the required continuing training for technology transfer personnel on significant corporate quality system.
* To provide technical inputs for appropriate manufacturing equipment selection considering product requirement and manufacturing site feasibility.
*. to review and evaluate the tech pack and to communicate with the sending site to fullfill the requirements of tech transfer projects.
*. to plan and ensure execution of all scale up trial batches/ exhibit batches/ ANDA batches/ commercial velidation batches at concerned sites.
*. To provide technical support for trouble shooting of scale up/ submission/ commercial batches and support life cycle management of the product.
*. To support for investigation of OOS/ OOT of the product and identifying process critical quality attributes responsible for OOS/OOT.
*. To have control and management of product manufacturing documentation like MFC and stability protocols, Batch manufacturing records l, RMBOM, Process validation protocol for tech transfer projects.
*. To communicate with customer for project related data and information.
*. To report daily to the superior to appraise him/her about the activities carried out and in particular any difficulties faced and appropriate corrective action taken or to be taken.
*. To have a good relationship and coordination with other colleagues working within the department.
*. To carryout any other functions given by the superior from time to time.
