Job Responsibilities:
•Perform analytical research work on injectable and biologic products.
•Develop analytical methods for in-process samples of various APIs using HPLC and GC.
•Conduct analytical method validation with proper documentation for regulatory affairs.
•Provide analytical support to chemical research teams for identification and characterization of unknown impurities exceeding limits, using advanced analytical tools.
•Identify, isolate, and characterize unknown impurities during process development and stability studies.
•Control and monitor qualified standards of APIs and related substances, ensuring compliance with specifications and defined validity.
•Support research, production, method validation, and method transfer activities.
Skills Required:
•Strong knowledge in HPLC, GC, and analytical method development.
•Experience in biologics and injectable product analysis.
•Ability to interpret analytical data and prepare regulatory documentation.
•Good problem-solving skills in impurity profiling and characterization.
