Job Description:
To review and enter lab results into iRIS. To enter performing lab ranges into client customized system.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON’s values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
• Travel (approximately 1%) domestic and/or international
• Enter lab results and normal reference ranges into iRIS for the first time
• Review lab reports for accuracy by comparing the lab report to the requisition form
• Identify discrepancies on Laboratory reports and normal ranges and initiates issues
• Updates lab report with answers to any queries according to the response from the site. Any other tasks as requested by management
