1. Microbiology Testing – Executive / Senior Executive
Department: Microbiology
Experience: 4–8 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Microbiology
Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccine, or sterile organizations are required for the Microbiology Testing team.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
The role requires hands-on experience in microbiological testing techniques, including:
- Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)
- Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)
- Sterility Testing
- Bioburden Analysis
- Bacterial Endotoxin Testing using:
- Kinetic Turbidimetric Method
- Chromogenic Method
- Recombinant Factor C (rFC) Method
- Culture maintenance and preservation
- Microbial isolate identification
- Preparation of culture suspensions
- Cryovial preparation and storage
- Microbiological staining techniques
- Operation, troubleshooting and routine identification using the VITEK® 2 Compact System
- Sampling and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products and water samples
- Microbial culture media preparation and growth-promotion testing
- Qualification activities and regulatory/customer audit interactions
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Data integrity principles
- GMP requirements related to microbiological testing
- QMS activities related to microbiology
Candidates should also have experience in reviewing microbiology laboratory records, method validation protocols and summary reports.
Note: Male candidates are preferred for shifts (A/B/C), as mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.
2. Production – Downstream (DS) – Executive / Senior Executive
Department: Production (Downstream)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Tech
Required Skills
Candidates should have experience or knowledge of downstream manufacturing operations, including:
- Column packing and unpacking
- AKTA operation
- Chromatography
- Buffer preparation
- TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration)
- Centrifuge operations
- QMS activities
