Team Lead-Synthetic Chemistry
No. of Positions : 2
Qualification required : Ph.D., M. Pharm (Chemistry), M.Sc. (organic chemistry)
Experience required : 8-12 years
Key Responsibilities :
➤ Independent handling : To work with minimum or no supervision.
Execution: Weekly deliveries, route scouting & optimization, chemistry planning with respect to number of reactions, scale-up synthesis of key intermediates, literature search, preparation of quotations and proposals etc.
Project execution support (as required): Scale up of reactions, suitable reagents, work up conditions, analysis of the results, logical and quick solutions as part of troubleshooting
➤ Laboratory maintenance: Assigning responsibilities to chemists for good maintenance of laboratory, ensure safety practices in place.
➤ Team development: Identify skills and mentor associates; assign responsibilities and follow up; feedback at regular intervals and maintain a record
