Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited is actively seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to fill the position of Production Head at their facility in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh. About the Role
As the Production Head, you will be crucial in overseeing all production, control, and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. You will lead the manufacturing operations to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products efficiently and on schedule.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities
Biodeal Pharmaceuticals is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong leadership and technical expertise in the pharmaceutical domain.
- Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
- Strong expertise in GMP compliance, FDA Approval processes, and end-to-end manufacturing operations.
- Production Leadership:
- Lead and manage all end-to-end production activities.
- Responsibilities include monthly planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of production schedules.
- Ensure all manufacturing is carried out as per quality and regulatory standards.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight:
- Oversee validation, audits, and quality systems.
- Ensure timely closing of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), deviations, documentation approvals, and maintenance schedules.

The position is based in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh.
