Recruitment Drive Overview
Aurobindo Pharma is seeking skilled individuals for its Unit IV facility located in Naidupeta, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh. While the work location is in Andhra Pradesh, the interviews are being held conveniently in Goa to tap into the region’s rich talent pool.
The recruitment focuses on several core departments, including Production, Packing, Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA).
Open Positions and Requirements
The company is looking for candidates to fill roles as Technical Assistants and Executives.
- Production & Packing: Opportunities are available for those with experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) processes such as granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling. There are also specialized roles for Oral Liquid and Nasal Spray sections, as well as Blister and Bottle packing.
- Quality Control (QC): Candidates with expertise in IP/FP, Stability, and Nasal testing are encouraged to apply.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Roles are open for professionals experienced in IPQA, QMS, Validation, and handling Market Complaints.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these roles, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: ITI, Diploma, Degree, B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy (depending on the specific position).
- Experience: Applicants must have between 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
