Open Positions and Eligibility
Hetero is looking for talented individuals across three primary departments. Below are the specific requirements for each:
1. Production (OSD)
- Roles: Operator, Senior Operator, or Officer.
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 9 years.
- Core Skills: Expertise in Compression and Granulation processes.
2. Quality Control (OSD)
- Roles: Officer, Junior Executive, or Executive.
- Qualifications: B. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, or M.Sc.
- Experience: 3 to 9 years.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Sampling, Stability, HPLC, GC, IP/FP, MT, and MV.
3. Engineering
- Roles: Technician, Junior Engineer, or Engineer.
- Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years.
- Core Skills: Process Maintenance (Granulation, Compression, and Coating machines), Packing Maintenance, and HVAC systems.
