Open Positions and Department Requirements
Hetero is hiring across five primary domains. Here is a breakdown of the requirements for each:
1. Production Department
The company is looking for Operators and Senior Operators. Candidates should hold an ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. qualification with 1 to 6 years of experience. The role involves working with Autoclaves, Compounding, Filling, Vial Washing, and Lyophilizers.
2. Quality Control (QC)
Positions for Officer, Junior Executive, and Executive roles are available for those with a B.Pharm or M.Sc. degree and 2 to 5 years of experience. Key areas of work include Raw Materials (RM), IP/FP, HPLC, GC, and Stability testing.
3. QC – Microbiology
Specialized roles for M.Sc. Microbiology graduates with 1 to 5 years of experience are open. Selected candidates will manage Environmental Monitoring (EM), Water Testing, and Product Analysis involving MLT and Sterility.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
For those in Quality Assurance, Hetero is hiring Officers, Junior Executives, Executives, and Senior Executives. Requirements include a B.Pharmacy or M.Sc. degree and 2 to 8 years of experience. Focus areas include IPQA and Equipment Qualifications.
5. Engineering Department
Technician, Junior Engineer, and Engineer roles are open for Diploma or B.Tech holders with 2 to 6 years of experience. The work primarily revolves around Water Systems and Process Maintenance.
