Open Positions and Requirements
Hetero is looking for skilled candidates across various technical and operational roles. Below are the details for each department:
1. Production (OSD)
Candidates with an ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. and 2 to 9 years of experience are invited. Roles include Operator and Senior Operator, specifically for Compression and Granulation areas.
2. Quality Control (OSD)
Experienced professionals with a B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc. (3 to 9 years experience) can apply for Officer, Junior Executive, or Executive positions. Expertise in Sampling, Stability, HPLC, GC, Method Development, and Validation is required.
3. Engineering
This department seeks Technicians, Junior Engineers, and Engineers with an ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech. Candidates should have 2 to 7 years of experience in Process & Packing Maintenance, HVAC, or Utility (specifically for Granulation and Compression Coating Machines).
4. Production (Injectable)
Roles for Operator, Senior Operator, and Officer are available for those with an ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. degree. Candidates should have 2 to 9 years of experience in Autoclave, Compounding, Filling, Vial Washing, or Sealing.
5. QA (Injectable)
Applicants with a B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or M.Sc. and 3 to 9 years of experience are eligible. Positions include Officer, Junior Executive, and Executive, focusing on IPQA, Validation, and Equipment Qualification.
