Qualification: Operators – ITI / Diploma, Executives: B.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc.. – Life Sciences
Area of work:
Production – Injectables, preferably – Biosimilars/Vaccines
Production-BM-DSP&USP-Executive to Assistant Manager
Job Description-Production-FM:
• Operators – Responsible for Operation of Autoclave, Filling, Vial washing machine and Lyophilisers.
• Executives – Responsible for dispensing of Raw Material/excipients/PPM/SPM/Consumable.
• Responsible for timely completion of batch activities and related documents. Responsible for preparation of SOP’s and BFR’s
Job Description for Production- BM :
• Single use Bioreactor, Co2 Shaker incubator operation Mammalian Cell Culture handling
• Chromatography Column packing, Nano filtration, sterile filtration BMR, SOP, Process validation, Cleaning validation & QMS elements
