This makes Hester India’s second largest poultry vaccine manufacturer.

SENIOR SCIENTIST (Bacterial Vaccine)

Job Description :

SENIOR SCIENTIST (Bacterial Vaccine)

• Lead overall bacterial vaccine development including sourcing bacterial strains/recombinant strains, cell banking and characterization, up-stream and downstream process development, formulation development, plan and conduct of animal studies, scale up experiments and transfer of processes to manufacturing department for various poultry, animal, and human vaccines.

• Preparing and filing regulatory dossiers on behalf of R&D team.

Receiving or transferring vaccine technologies

• Bacterial isolation from field samples and identification and characterization of isolated bacteria.

• Lead preparation and maintenance of all necessary documents, Lab notebooks, Developmental reports, SOPs, analytical worksheets etc. as per GLP/GMP/regulatory standards

Analysis and interpretation of the results and preparation of presentation to cross functional leads

Qualification – PhD/ MVSc/ BVSc/ MSc in Life Sciences/ Biotech/ Virology.

Experience – 10 to 15 Years.
