Job Overview:
The candidate will be integral in designing, executing, troubleshooting, and preparing reports for Real-time PCR assays in diagnostic applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish protocols to perform Real-time PCR experiments.
Prepare samples, reagents, and controls for PCR
assays in diagnostic applications.

• Prepare samples, reagents, and controls for PCR analysis.
• Operate and maintain Real-time PCR instrumentation, ensuring optimal performance and data quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to PCR assays and instrumentation.
• Analyse PCR data using appropriate software and tools.
• Interpret and report PCR results accurately.
• Assist in the development and optimization of new PCR assays.
• Maintain detailed records of procedures, results, and observations.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members on experimental design, data analysis, and project planning
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Real-time PCR techniques and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in molecular biology laboratory techniques, including nucleic acid extraction, quantification, and amplification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in a research or clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
