Post – Jr. Officer (Engineering)
Qualification: D.E.E / D.M.E
Experience: 02 – 04 years in pharmaceutical machine maintenance
Candidates having Experience in below :
•Day-to-day maintenance of manufacturing filling and Packaging machines used in formulation facility, troubleshooting, and repair of pharmaceuticals plant machinery, preferably hands on experience about ointment tube filling machines, liquid filling, labelling with OCR system and other packing machines like cartonators, check weighing machines, blister & strip packing machines etc. Manufacturing machines like Ointment Manufacturing vessels, Bottom entry agitators, RMG, FBD Compression machines and allied manufacturing machines like metal detectors dust extractors de-dusters counting machines washing machines and slat conveyor belts. In addition to this added knowledge about utilities like boiler and AHU systems will be preferable.
•Preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned equipment, recording data in log books and planners and schedules.
•Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively and efficiently.
