We at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited are hiring for Senior Manager – Engineering for Chatrapati Sambhajinagar Location.

Glenmark’s Chatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) facility is a US-FDA approved plant and focused in the manufacturing of Formulations (OSD, Inhaler & Foam) and it serves to both domestic and international markets.

Sr. Manager – (Engineering Head)

Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/E&l/Mechanical Engineering) (Industrial Safety Diploma or Business management would be added advantage)

Experience: 16+ years (Pharma Industry Preferred) Salary: at par with the industries.

Job location – Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities: 1) Leading overall function of Engineering at site.

2) Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable statutory & regulatory requirements (including those for manufacturing of pharmaceutical products) for E & R function at the plant.

3) E & R Execution to deliver planned asset availability: Oversight of Engineering & reliability (E & R) function to ensure asset availability as agreed in the annual operating plan. 4) Utility Operations Management: Oversee Utilities Operations & Maintenance to deliver standard

capacities at planned efficiencies and cost. 5) Capital Projects: Project Manage the Site led Capital projects to meet the annual operating plan commitments.

6) Engineering Service & Supply Chain Management: Ensure that the engineering service & supply chain is managed to deliver the strategic objectives of the business.

7) Manufacturing Excellence: Drive Opex. & implement best practice tools in alignment with Global Operations Manufacturing/Engineering Excellence Program for E & R function.

8) Cost: Formulate & Obtain approval for the E & R budget & control spends in line with the approved Budget Responsible for Preparation of expenditure statement & controlling of engineering budget to maintain it within specific range

*Experience in Projects, Engineering Utilities, HSE systems specialized experience in manufacturing particularly in Pharma, FMCG, GMP, Gxp

– Strong communication & interpersonal skills; confident of interacting with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, stakeholder management.

– Highly organized and disciplined self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver as per the deadlines.

– Ability to work with multiple audiences, while building strong personal networks.

– Exceptional attention to detail; excellent follow-through and delivery.
