Open Positions
1. Production Incharge
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma
Experience: 10+ Years
Required Skills:
•Efficiently plan and manage production schedules for optimal manpower utilization.
•Handle Quality Management System (QMS) events, investigations, and implement CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of production outputs.
•Implement strategies to minimize downtimes and reduce rejection rates.
•Lead teams through regulatory and customer audits, ensuring continuous compliance.
2. Production – Chemist to Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Sc / M. Pharma
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills:
•Hands-on experience in compounding, aseptic operations, and aseptic behavior.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
•Experience in online documentation, CFT coordination, and related operations.
