Key Responsibilities
Candidates applying for the QA role should possess strong technical and regulatory knowledge in sterile injectables. The main responsibilities include:
Reviewing Master Batch Production and Control Records (BPCR) and media fill reports.
Managing records, submission batch protocols, and reports.
Issuing and retrieving BPCRs as per batch and production requirements.
Reviewing completed BPCRs for data accuracy and compilation for final release.
Handling deviation reports and ensuring compliance with QA standards.
Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process validation documents.
Overseeing cleaning validation, media fill records, and process validation reports.
Ensuring finished product dispatch as per customer requirements.
Maintaining expertise in Batch Release & Process Validation.
Who Should Apply?
This walk-in opportunity is ideal for professionals with 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly in sterile injectables. Candidates with a background in pharmacy or science and hands-on experience in BPCR review, validation, and documentation will be preferred.
