Job Details and Requirements
The primary roles being offered are AR Caller and RCM Executive. These positions are ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail.
- Educational Qualification: The company is looking for any graduate. However, please note that candidates with BE, BTech, or LLB degrees are not eligible for this specific drive.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be 28 years or younger.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and good verbal communication skills are essential for the Voice & Accent rounds.
- Shift Timings: These roles involve night shifts, specifically from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Selection Process

Salary and Training Benefits
One of the biggest advantages of this drive is the structured onboarding process. Selected candidates will undergo 3 weeks of specialized training. During this training period, you will receive a stipend of ₹15,000.
Upon successful completion of training and joining, the CTC (Cost to Company) is 3 LPA. This offers a competitive starting point for freshers in the Noida job market.
