We are looking for a talented Drug Safety Executive – freshers are welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Case processing (data entry) from various sources.
- Initiate, track and manage follow-up activities.
- To manage medical information calls / inquiries (receipt, response, follow-up, co-ordinate with various stakeholders, track and closure).
- Appropriate documentation of cases and inquiries.
Requirements
Fluency in English
Shift timings: 13:00 hours to 22:00 hours Should have high professionalism
