Mepro Pharmaceuticals is seeking candidates for a variety of positions, each playing a vital role in the manufacturing process. Here’s a breakdown of the available opportunities:
1. Quality Control Officer
Role: Conduct precise analysis using advanced techniques like HPLC. The role involves Raw Material/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (RM/PM) testing, in-process checks, and stability studies, all while maintaining rigorous GMP documentation.
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: 1 to 6 years.
2. Packaging Officer
Role: Ensure that all packaging operations adhere to the strictest current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory standards set by bodies like the USFDA, WHO-GMP, and EU-GMP.
Qualification: M.Sc. or B.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 4 years.
3. Production (OSD) Roles
The Oral Solid Dosage(OSD) department has openings for both officers and hands-on operators:
Officer: Manage and execute key processes like granulation, compression, coating, and filling. Responsibilities also include handling BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and line clearance.
Qualification: B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: 1 to 6 years.
Operator/Technician: Operate ointment machinery, filling, and packing lines, and perform essential line clearance duties.
Qualification: HSC/ITI
Experience: 1 to 6 years.
4. Engineering & EHS Division
This department is looking for technical experts to ensure smooth and safe operations:
Boiler Operator: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of steam boilers, monitoring pressure and temperature, and maintaining cGMP-compliant logs.
Qualification: HSC/ITI
Experience: 1 to 4 years.
Technician/Fitter: Maintain production and utility equipment, perform fitting and mechanical assembly, and ensure all tool calibration and GMP documentation is up-to-date.
Qualification: HSC/ITI
Experience: 3 to 6 years.
Officer (EHS – Environment, Health & Safety): A critical role focused on implementing EHS policies, conducting risk assessments (HIRA, JSA), and ensuring full compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or BE/ME
Experience: 1 to 5 years.
