Opening: Officer/ Executive/ Asst. Manager – Human Resources

Department: Human Resources

Qualification: PGDM/MBA in HR or MSW

Experience: 01-07 Years (Preferred from Manufacturing Plant HR)

Job Description :

• Assist in Onboarding, Joining and Exit formalities

Data Management & HRMS

• Time Office

• Managing statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, Factory act., Employee Safety Act. and so on.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.)
according to policy and legal Requirements
