This plant is one of the largest facilities for the manufacture of Oral Rehydration salts with exports to almost the entire globe. Form-Fill-Seal machines are used to fill the ORS powders in sachets. A separate section is set up for the production of Functional Food products packed in tins and sachets. This plant is approved by WHO-GMP, Ethiopia-FMHACA, Denmark-UNICEF.
Senior Officer / Executive – Quality Assurance
Experience: 5 – 7 Years
Role & responsibilities
Shall be responsible for:-
Validation Activities Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Qualification activities DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ.
Issue , review of Change Controls, deviations and Market Complaints.
Ensure GMP,GLP being followed in the plant.
Issue, review, preservation & destruction of BMR, BPR, Analytical Records as per laid down procedures.
Review APQR.
Evaluation & approval of CAPA.
