Research Associate – Antibody Engineering
Desired Profile:
M.Sc. (Lifesciences/Biotechnology/similar discipline) with 3-6 years’ of active research experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Experience in protein/Antibody purification techniques and detail physical/chemical characterization.
•Able to develop bioanalytical methods in HPLC (HIC, SEC, glycan, RP etc)
•Design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody/derivatives production using mammalian expression platforms.
•Able to conceptualize, and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
•Generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.
•Understanding of systems and processes pertaining to safety, health and environment.
