Available Roles and Key Requirements
We are looking to fill key positions across several critical departments:
Quality Assurance (QA) – Stability (2-5 Years Experience)
Candidates must hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. qualification. The role requires strong knowledge of Stability Schedule Preparation, Monitoring, and Stability Chamber Operations. Proficiency in reviewing Analytical Data and Audit trails is essential.
Quality Control (QC) – HPLC (2-5 Years Experience)
A B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm degree is required. We are looking for hands-on experience in HPLC analysis of Raw Materials, Intermediates, and Finished Products. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Empower software and good documentation practices as per cGMP and regulatory (US-FDA, EU-GMP) environments.
Quality Control (QC) – Reviewer (8-12 Years Experience)
This senior role requires a B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm qualification. Key responsibilities include comprehensive Analytical Data Review (raw data, chromatograms, spectra, and calculations), Documentation Verification (logbooks, lab records), Data Compilation, and CoA Review. The candidate must ensure all information presented on CoAs is accurate and complete prior to product release, and provide Audit Support.
Production – Chemist / Executive (0-4 Years Experience)
Applicants should have a B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm qualification. The role involves working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and handling of equipment such as GLR, SSR, Centrifuges, Driers, and familiarity with Documentation activities of BMR & Calibrations.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) – Executive (5-8 Years Experience)
A B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech degree is necessary. The position demands knowledge of MEP, ETP, STP, RO systems, scrubbers, and air pollution control equipment. Excellent understanding of PCB norms, CPCB guidelines, environmental laws, and factory regulations is vital. Proficiency in maintaining documentation as per ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards is required.
HR & Administration – Executive (8-12 Years Experience)
Candidates must hold a B.Com or MBA. Key areas of expertise include knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies, PF, ESI, Factories Act, and Shops & Establishment Act. The role oversees general administration functions including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and facilities management. Skill in managing pest control operations effectively is an advantage.
