Exemed is a young company with an aspiration to grow rapidly. We are WHO GMP & EU GMP certified facility. In view of our expansion plan in OSD facility at our Vapi Plant, we are looking for young, energetic, ambitious professional for following positions:

1) Department- Quality Control / Vacancies: 12

Position: Officer & Sr. Officer/ Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc Chemistry/ Experience: 2-5 Years Skill Required: Excellent Analysis skill on GC/HPLC compliance with 21CFR

2) Department- Formulation Development / Vacancies: 4

Position: Officer & Sr.Officer/Qualification: M. Pharm / Experience: 2-4 Years

Skill Required: knowledge of different formulation techniques such as bilayer tablets, 2 method for dissolution enhancement, roles of different excipeints, good documentation practices

3) Department – ADL / Vacancies: 8

Position: Officer & Sr.Officer/Qualification: M.SC/M. Pharm / Experience: 3-5 Years

Skill Required: knowledge of different HPLC techniques, Basic understanding of 3 method development/Validation, stability data evaltiation, good documentation practices

4) Department- Formulation Packing / Vacancies: 8

Position: Officer & Sr.Officer/Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc / Experience: 1-4 Years Skill Required: Good Knowledge of Machine Function Le Alu-Alu, Alu-PVC Blister,Check weigher, DGFT Bulk 20, cGMP and GDP

5) Department- Formulation Manufacturing / Vacancies: 6

Position: Executive & Sr. Executive/Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/Experience: 4-8 Years 5 Skill Required: Good knowledge of Granulation, Compression, Coating CGMP and GDP Manpower Handling.

6) Department- Formulation Manufacturing / Vacancies: 10

Position: Officer & Sr. Officer/Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/Experience: 1-4 Years 6 Skill Required: knowledge of Granulation, Compression, Coating CGMP and GDP

7) Department- Quality Assurance (IPQA) / Vacancies: 10

Position: Officer/Qualification: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/Experience: 1-4 Years

Skill Required: Excellent knowledge of GMP, GDP and sampling of products at different 7 manufacturing stages, In-process testing and line clearance of Tablets and Capsules.

Candidates with exposure of working with USFDA and EU GMP-approved facility have added advantages.
