Key Job Responsibilities:
Process Oversight: Supervise, optimize, and troubleshoot chemical processes—from raw materials to finished API products.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in testing procedures and production methods for enhanced efficiency and product quality.
Safety & Compliance: Follow and enforce safety standards and environmental regulations, managing chemical handling risks responsibly.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have prior exposure in the API industry, with strong knowledge of production operations and quality standards.
