Department : Quality Control
Designation : Executive/ Assistant Team Leader
Key Responsibilities : Having sound knowledge on Instruments Related Substance (HPLC), Residual solvents (GC), Assay (HPLC&GC), Dissolution and Wet lab analysis of Raw material & finished products Good at Operating and calibrations of QC instruments etc.
Preparation and review of Specs and STPs. Preparation of SOPs pertaining to Quality control. Preparation of protocols and of reports for method Transfers,
verifications and validations. Make sure MSDS are accessible for all chemicals and materials used in the quality control lab.
Performing standard methods-based microbial analysis on all Raw Materials and Finished Products.
Creating cleaning procedures and carrying out recovery studies on them.
