*Should have faced Regulatory Audits.
*Should have GMP and GDP Exposure.
*Should have exposure to Calibration, Validation and Qualification processes.
*Should have experience in New Product Development.
*Should have Experience in Handling 300 – 400 People.
*Should have exposure to Cost reduction and Lean Manufacturing.
*Should have Experience in training of employees.
*Should have exposure to SAP/ SCADA/ rMETADAT etc.
*Should Have exposure to Budgeting Capex and Opex.
*Should have confidence in handling troubles, Grievances etc.
*Formulation experience will be preferred.
*Must stay in Jadcherla.
