Designation: Jr. Engineer
Qualification: BE Mechanical/ Mechatronic
Experience: 0-1 Year
Department: Production (Hormone Manufacturing)
Job Responsibilities:
•Responsible for Equipment Qualification and documentation such as URS, QNI, RA, DQ, FAT, 1Q, OQ, PQ.
•Responsible for Mechanical & Partial Electrical maintenance of filling, packing & Manufacturing lines.
•Responsible for maintaining critical spares of equipment for electrical & mechanical.
•Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
•Responsible for maintaining and improving OEE of production lines, also to track and maintain KPI.
•Should have good knowledge of VFD & PLC programming, Backup and restoration program for equipment.
Job Requirements:
•Fresher & local candidates will be preferred
•candidate should have decent English communication and Analytical skills
•Candidate must join the organization on immediate basis
•Candidates should be willing to work in shifts
•Outstation candidates should relocate to Ponda or nearby locations
