We are currently hiring for senior level position in Formulation Development Department with PhD or M.Pharm qualification with minimum 15 years of experience.
Job Specification :
· Assist Head F&D in alignment of Formulation Development activities to the annual business plan requirements
· Provide inputs for annual budget and ensure adherence to department budget on an ongoing basis
· Ensure formulation development and scale-up strategies for products of different dosage forms within regulatory guidelines and intellectual property frameworks
· Participate in technical evaluations for projects at the development stage and conduct feasibility studies
· Provide inputs to cross-functional product development teams and early-stage development through various phases of clinical trials
· Ensure timely execution of all testing and development activities relating to product formulations
· Supervise development of systems for maintenance of records and statistics
· Ensure adherence to Design QA norms and assist in troubleshooting / closure of Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs)
· Guide the Technology Transfer Teams towards the final manufacture of products within QA guidelines and manufacturing environment
· Provide inputs towards development of internal capability in early formulation assessment to enable the planning and conduct of in-house studies to resolve formulation issues (pre-clinical / clinical stages of development)
· Review product development reports (PDRs) and ensure creation of technical reports to support technology transfers and clinical trials studies
· Leverage knowledge of regulatory landscape in US and European markets to support product filings.
