We at Encube Ethicals Pvt Ltd are currently hiring for Deputy Manager / Manager-Project Management in Strategy & Commercial Department.
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1) Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members, leveraging scientific knowledge and methodologies to address complex challenges.
2) Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
3)Stay abreast of advancements in relevant scientific
fields and incorporate innovative approaches into project
strategies. 4) Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
5) Coordinate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
6) Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
7) Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, key milestones, and technical developments.
8) Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment with project goals.
9) Implement rigorous testing protocols and validation procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of scientific findings and technical solutions.
Qualifications:
PhD candidate only from Pharmaceutical industry with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
