Job Title:  Senior Manager / Asst. General Manager – Quality Control
Department:   Quality Control
Experience: 15- 20 Yrs.
Location: Madkaim, Ponda (Goa)

Job Description:
* Developing and Managing of Quality control operations.
* Adherence to GLP Guidelines of local FDA, International Guidelines and customer requirements in Quality control department.
* Approving the specified Quality Documents.
* Training of QC staff in recent advances in analytical field and quality control systems.
* Monitoring development and validation activities of new methods of analysis.
* Support R & D, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate office in analytical activities.
* Equipping the laboratories with adequate glassware, chemicals, instruments and personnel to discharge the functions of Quality Control.
* Fulfil the legal and internal requirements concerning releases of raw materials, packing materials, bulk products, finished products and stability samples.
* Plan and conduct the audits of contract laboratories jointly with Quality Assurance.
* Responsible for QC department overall activity.
* Release and Rejection of Bulk samples/ Raw materials /Packing materials.
* Perform Self-Inspection as per Standard Operating Procedure.
* Handling all Kinds of Investigations.
* Carry out activities in Caliber QAMS, Caliber LIMS & Caliber DMS.
* Responsible to follow all GxP Practices.
* Responsible for Implementation of Regulatory Guidelines.
* Responsible to follow and Implement Safety practices.
