UTILITY WATER SYSTEM AREA PLANT MAINTENANCE

Experience: 3-7 years (Operator/Officer/Executive)

Job Description:

Utility – Operation of HVAC, Air compressor Environment monitoring system, DC unit

WS-Preventive maintenance of AHU, DX unit and Filter cleaning activity Operation and maintenance of water system Potable, RO and purified water system)

PL.Maint.-Plant maintenance & troubleshooting activities related to 50 process equipment

b) QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Qualification: M. Pharm/B. Pharm

•Qualification Validation

Experience: 3-6 years (Officer/Executive

Job Description:

Handang of area and equipment qualification, validation

Handing of utility qualification, as modification

•Analytical QA/ LAB QA

Experience: 3-6 years (Officer/Executive)

Job Description:

Review of QC decs. Exposure of DOT, OOS and lab events

•DOC-CELL

Experience: 3-4 years (Oficer/Executive)

Job Description:

Hesponsible for documentation activities. Document issuance and retrieval

•VALIDATION, QMS, INVESTIGATION, IPQA

Experience: 3-8 years officer/Executive

Job Description:

Sound Knowldege of Equipment Qualification & Validation, QMS &Documentation, Line Clearance, Doc Review

c) QUALITY CONTROL

Qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc/M.Pharm/B.Pharm

• OSD (FP/ IP /GLP/ RM/ GC) & INJECTABLE(FP/ IP /GLP/ STB/ PV/ DOCUMENTATION)

Experience: 3-6 years (Officer/Execution)

Job Description:

Exposure of HPLC Dissolution, GC and other instruments RM, PM, FP product analys

Calibration of the instruments Handing of validation activities

Should have experience of important standards, columes, calibration

Handing of OMS related activities Maintaining tatt racorits and documentation

QC-MICRO

Experience: 3-4 years (Officer/Executive)

d) PRODUCTION

Experience: 3-6 years (Operator/ Officer/Executive)

Job Description:

Filling and Sealing, Batch Manufacturing, Vial Washing/ OPT/Autoclave QMS & Compliance

•OSD(COATING GRANULATION FILLING & CAPPING)

Experience: 3-6 years (Operator/ Officer/Executive)

Job Description:

Ensuring proper execution of BMR and validation protocols, Filling & Capping. Batch Manufacturing

•PACKING

Experience: 3-6 years (Operator / Officer)

Job Description:

Operation/supervision of Secondary CVC bulk packing line. Track & trace System, Labeling System, Outsert machine. re-torquer machine.

•WAREHOUSE

Exposure of handling RM, PM, FG, dispensing areas
