Brief Profile for Parenteral:
•Qualification/Validation, IPQA
•Documentation-Spec preparation/AMV/RM- PM Section in charge/QMS
•Environment monitoring in sterile formulation/Water Analysis/BET Testing/GLP/QMS/ Investigation/Reviewer
•Qualification & operation-filling mfg, filtration vessel, CIP-SIP skid, Lyo, TS, sealing
•Media fill,BMR. SOP, Protocol preparation & review, Facility qualification Online Non-viable & viable monitoring system, Assembling
•Operation & cleaning of GLT, head space analyzer Operation & cleaning of Filter integrity
•Cleaning validation Gowning qualification Smoke study Change control, deviation, RA, impact assessment Clean room behavior. Aseptic practice.
•Visual Inspectors who have sound knowledge of Qualification activity for Visual Inspection and can read and write English Language.
•Maintenance/ Utility Handling and Maintenance/ HVAC Handling Instrument Engineer/Water System (PW WR/PSG Operating)/QMS/ Civil/ Electrical Engineer
