🔹 Production (OSD)
- Granulation knowledge (FBD, RMG, FBP, Roller Compactors)
- Compression & coating machine handling
- Experience in bilayer compression & coating technologies
🔹 Packing
- Primary & secondary packaging experience
- Handling blister machines, bottle packing lines (Uhlmann, CVC)
🔹 IPQA
- In-process checks & compliance monitoring
- Sampling, line clearance, documentation
🔹 Quality Control (QC)
- Testing of raw materials, finished products
- Hands-on with HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV instruments
🔹 QC Microbiology
- Sterility testing (membrane filtration / isolator)
- Endotoxin testing (LAL)
- Microbial identification & water testing
🔹 Sterile Production (Executive / AM)
- Experience in sterile manufacturing
- Handling vial filling, PFS cartridge, isolator systems
- Production QMS & compliance
