• Manufacturing Roles (OSD & Sterile): 2 – 6 Years
• Quality Roles (IPQA / QC / Microbiology): 2 – 8 Years

Key Skills & Responsibilities

🔹 Production (OSD)

• Granulation knowledge (FBD, RMG, FBP, Roller Compactors)
• Compression & coating machine handling
• Experience in bilayer compression & coating technologies

🔹 Packing

• Primary & secondary packaging experience
• Handling blister machines, bottle packing lines (Uhlmann, CVC)

🔹 IPQA

• In-process checks & compliance monitoring
• Sampling, line clearance, documentation

🔹 Quality Control (QC)

• Testing of raw materials, finished products
• Hands-on with HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV instruments

🔹 QC Microbiology

• Sterility testing (membrane filtration / isolator)
• Endotoxin testing (LAL)
• Microbial identification & water testing

🔹 Sterile Production (Executive / AM)

• Experience in sterile manufacturing
• Handling vial filling, PFS cartridge, isolator systems
• Production QMS & compliance
