Handling of incident investigations, tracking of incidents, participation and co-ordination with the team for the investigations.Review and monitoring of process and cleaning validations at site and ensure the compliance to regulatory guidelines.Review & Approval of Master documents (BPR/Master formula/Process flow/SOP/Spec & MOAS etc.) of products.Trending of the incidents/005/OOT and CAPA according to the defined timelines.Incident investigations, tracking of incidents, Review and monitoring of process and cleaning APQR preparation, Handling of Market complaints, Handling of customer/regulatory audits
