📌 Job Details
- Position: Documentation Specialist – Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Candidates from Western Suburbs preferred: Dadar to Borivali)
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Primarily Work From Home with periodic office visits)
- Salary: ₹3 – 5 LPA (As per industry standards)
🎓 Qualification
B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology with strong academic background.
Experience
Freshers or experienced candidates interested in regulatory compliance or transitioning from QC roles.
Job Role
Prepare and manage high-quality cosmetic regulatory documentation while coordinating with clients, manufacturers, and importers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and scrutinize cosmetic registration dossiers
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory documentation
- Communicate with brand manufacturers and importers
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability to process changes
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines is an added advantage
💻 Software Skills
- Microsoft Office (Basic)
