Your role:
Perform, with supervision, data cleaning procedures, maintenance review of EDC queries, including query issuance and resolution
Develop, under supervision, data management tables and listings, data management plans, data validation plans and system validation plans.
Respond, with supervision, to EDC help desk requests from sites and sponsors.
Utilize, with supervision various EDC, RTSM (IRT), and reporting platforms to perform tasks.
Assist in maintaining user access to study systems, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR 11.
Participates in internal team meetings and sponsor meetings and responsible for taking meeting minutes and disturbing them to all appropriate team members.
Develop, under supervision, database validation specifications, CRF Completion Guidelines, User Acceptance Testing scripts of data for study databases.
Perform, under supervision, User Acceptance Testing for development study databases.
Assist with data management reports as requested.
Assist with the preparation, collection, and archival of study related clinical documents.
Participate, with supervision in vendor data management as assigned.
Assist with Project Management requests as requested.
Other data management duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Your Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or IT related discipline.
• Advanced degree or diploma preferred.
Fluent English (oral and written)
• 0-1 years’ experience in data management or database administration or Clinical or equivalent experience preferred.
• Computer literacy, proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to exercise excellent attention to detail.
