Date: 29th JUNE-2024 Time: 09:30 AM to 4:00 PM 10 Years to 15 Years
Job Responsibilities
- To maintain good laboratory practices in the laboratory as per the respective SOP’s instructions.
- Responsible to follow ALCOA principles while doing the data recording.
- Responsible timely closure of QMS (Such as, OOS, OOT, Deviations, CAPA, Change control, Laboratory Incidents and related documents in Quality Control and implementation respective corrective and preventive action.
- Review of finished, stability, process validation, in-process, Raw material, Excipients, packing material, hold time study samples etc.
- Responsible for Review of Calibration documents & Meta data verification of Balance, HPLC, GC, Polarimeter, FT-IR, UV-VIS spectroscopy, Dissolution apparatus, IC, AAS and KF titrator etc.
- Preparation and review of Documents like SOP’s, STP’s, GTP’s, Protocols and COA’s Documents as per cGMP.Handling of Working standards, Reference standards and Reference/Primary standards and review of their respective data.
- Handling of Chromatography column management.
- Review of relevant documents of standardization of volumetric solution, reagents, and indicators.
- 1Handling of Laboratory information management system (LIMS)
- Participating in internal audits.
- Attend relevant training program as per schedule.

• Check for the availability of all supporting documentation of all qualified vendors.
• Scheduling of site audit as per the schedule and completion within due date and requalification as per the timelines.
• Ensure and follow up for the technical agreement with vendors.
• Maintaining all vendor related documentation.
• Vendor notifications
• Preparation and updation of approved vendor list.

- Responsible for providing Trainings on the SOPs before personnel involved in the activity.
- Ensure that availability of TNI of all departments.
- Ensure to update the organogram as per the frequency.
- Responsible to update the job responsibilities of all employees as per their roles.
