Key Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be involved in various pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including:
Autoclave
- Operate and monitor autoclaves for sterilization.
- Ensure cycle parameters, documentation and compliance.
- Troubleshoot equipment and maintain operational efficiency.
Vial Washing
- Operate vial washing machines according to required standards.
- Maintain equipment and perform line clearance.
- Ensure quality of washed vials as per SOPs.
Tunnel / Depyrogenation
- Operate and monitor depyrogenation tunnels.
- Ensure temperature mapping and documentation.
- Maintain smooth operations and report deviations.
Filling & Sealing
- Operate filling and sealing machines.
- Ensure accurate filling and sealing quality.
- Perform in-process checks and line clearance.
Compounding / Manufacturing & Holding
- Operate and monitor compounding vessels and holding tanks.
- Ensure accuracy in weighing, mixing and batch documentation.
- Maintain CIP/SIP and cleanliness of the manufacturing area.
- Manage bulk holding areas and ensure proper dispensing.
- Maintain records and ensure correct labelling and documentation.
2. Apprentice – Freshers
Cronus Pharma is also hiring freshers for Apprentice positions in the Production department.

Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:
- Diploma
- B.Sc. in Science
- ITI
Eligibility Criteria
- Only 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs are eligible.
- Candidates should not be enrolled with EPF & ESI.
- Candidates should be willing to work in three rotational shifts.
