Key Responsibilities
Production Department (OSD)
Operator
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per SOPs.
- Execute batch manufacturing activities.
- Perform in-process quality checks.
- Maintain documentation and cleanliness.
- Report deviations and support corrective actions.
Supervisor
- Supervise production activities and manpower.
- Ensure GMP and SOP compliance.
- Review batch records and documentation.
- Troubleshoot process issues.
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.
Packing Department (OSD)
Operator
- Operate packing machines and achieve output targets.
- Perform line clearance and reconciliation activities.
- Conduct in-process and finished product checks.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Support deviation reporting and rectification activities.
Supervisor
- Supervise packing operations and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Review packing documentation and records.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement.
