Qualification : B. Pharm/ M.Sc.

Experience : 3 to 6

Position : Senior Officer/ Executive

Expertise Area :

Review of analytical raw data for

RM/PM/SFG/FG/Hold time/Stability/CV and PV, Issuance and handling of all analytical documents

Release of RM/PM/SFG and in process, AMV data review, Approval of COA, Review of analysis, Lab 005/OOT/Analytical deviation, GLP documents qualification record, instrument qualification, Periodic trend preparation of OOS/OOT and lab incident Review/Prepare protocol and report for AMV/AMT CLV, Knowledge about the calibration of HPLC, Dissolution, and D.T. Apparatus, maintain the Working Standard and Reference Standard Consumption Records, Review the Audit trail

Preparation, review and execution of area and machine qualification documents related to oral solid dosage formulations and packaging. Should have knowledge in HVAC validation, water system validation and other utilities qualification. Preparation, review and compilation of process validation and hold time study.

Handling the Lab instruments of HPLC, Dissolution, D.T.

Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability, Hardness

Tester, FTIR, UV-Spectrophotometer

-Analysis of Raw Material, In-process, Finish Products, Stability Tastings, Process Validation, participate in Lab incident/OOS/OOT/Analytical
