Job Responsibilities:
The job role would involve but not limited to:
Good written & Verbal communication
Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data
Take action on process changes and updates and handle the same with proper research
Interested to work in Voice Process
Adhere to process norms and structure
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Work with great attention to detail
Work in a rapidly changing environment
Candidates should be open to work in night shift
Communication in English has to be above average
Post Interview need to take up Versant assessment, link will be shared the same day and they have to take up the test on the very same day
Education Background:
Nursing
BDS
PharmD
Any four-year medical program, including BHMS, etc
BPharm, MPharm & Diploma and Life Science in Pharmacy with Good Communication
Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Biotech, Zoology, Medical Microbiology, Pathology, Microbiology, Applied Biotechnology, Bio Chemistry, Nutrition & Dietetics, Forensic Science, Biology, Chemistry)
10+2 Candidates who have Medical Scribing Certification will also be considered along with exp ,this is applicable only if they have the certification
